1- Role

The supervisory board is the supervisory body of the cooperative society with a board of directors, through an alert procedure. It acts in the sole interest of the co-operators. Its mission is to check or have verified, at any time, the management of the leaders of the cooperative society. At his request, one of its members may attend the board of directors. It meets as needed or at the request of at least two of its members. It meets at least once before the annual general meeting to which a report on the operation of the cooperative is sent. It also meets before any extraordinary general meeting and draws up a report on the decisions that are submitted to them.

2- Composition

The Supervisory Board is composed of three members elected by the general meeting from among the co-operators, for a term of three years renewable once. At the end of a period of three (03) years following the expiry of their second term, persons having assumed the functions of members of the supervisory board may again apply.
